Terms and Conditions
☆ Please read carefully the Terms and Conditions before ordering a commission. If you have any doubts you can DM on my social media (Twitter or Instagram) or send me an email to [email protected] ☆
General Info
- My signature/watermark will be always in the illustration.
- You are purchasing the digital art, not the printed art.
- I will send you the file only in .jpg or .png. You can decide.
- I will show you the sketch before coloring it and you can ask for free changes there.
- If you want changes on the final product, you will get extra charge. Changes are only allowed in the sketch stages.
- I need a visual references, I won't draw with only physical descriptions.
- If I don't feel confortable with your petition, I can cancel it. I am allowed to decline any commission if I feel it is not suitable for my style or current skills
- Commissions can take me 1-2 weeks depend on my schedule. Please have that in mind before ordering a commission.
- You are automatically accepting my Terms and Conditions if you purchase my art. No reading them won't exempt you.
Copyright / Usage Policy
You are NOT ALLOWED to:
- Take credit for the art.
- Make profit with the artwork. Not comercial uses allowed.
- Remove any signatures/watermarks.
- Modify or trace my art in any form.You are ALLOWED to:
- Repost the art giving the proper credit.
- Print the art as long as it is for personal use, not for sale.
- Use the artwork as avatar, banner... as long you're not making profit of it and you give credit for the art.
Payments and refunds
- I accept payment via Paypal and Bizum.
- I won't start the commission before I recieve the full payment. You can’t pay me if I have not agreed working on your commission
- The price is no negociable.
- Payment will only be accepted in EUROS (€) and USD ($).
- You can ask for a refund only if I haven't started working in your commission yet.
- I will refund the whole payment in case I need to cancel your commission for whatever reason.
How to order
- When commissions are open, you can DM on my social media (Twitter, Instagram...) or send me an email to [email protected]
- I'll inform in my social media when I open or close commissions.
- You can talk to me in Spanish or English, but english is not my first language so please have that in mind.
- Once I accepted working on your commission, you have to make the payment via Paypal.
- I will show you the progress and when I finish it, I will send you the final art in .jpg or .png to you email.
